Went into this Burger 21 to eat lunch after shopping. My wife ordered a salad, me and the girls ordered burgers with a side. Me and my daughters food came out but not my wife's salad. They said her salad would be right out. My wife told me and my daughters to go ahead and eat so our food wouldn't get cold. After about 10 minutes our waiter Luca came out to give my wife a $5 coupon from the Manager for the wait. Tomates that I found in my burger looks horrible. I was expecting good quality on the ingredients of my burger. I’m very disappointed with this location.
One of my favorite burger restaurants. Made to order, nearly always just how I asked for it, and very friendly service.
Placed my order online, waited an additional 20 minutes, because they forgot about us, and this was the result for the well done request. I’m only posting half of my order just as an example, but is was all wrong. Manager offered me a credit off my next order vs. a refund. I had to ask for it, and she was snooty because I was offended.
