They have been taking care of our taxes for the last 3 years and have been great. Easy to work with and very responsive to questions.
We have worked with Burge & Associates going back to their formation from Lewis & Company in 2008. Chet and team have handled our personal tax needs as we have moved to multiple states during that time. They most recently assisted in our LLC S Corp formation and guided us flawlessly through that process. Over the years, their advice and service have been exceptional in all situations. They respond quickly to questions with accurate information and courteous customer interactions. We highly recommend this team.
I've been using Burge for ~3 years now and my tax prep experience has definitely improved because of it. My tax situation is a bit too complex for TurboTax, but Burge makes it feel smooth. Chad and his team clearly communicate what they need from me, proactively discuss their planning and thinking, and in general have made what is an otherwise arduous task as easy and comfortable as it can possibly be. They have also done the legwork of engaging with the IRS when they send a cryptic Notice, another great service!

Incredibly disappointed by the horrible experience we had with Burge and Associates. I own several businesses and have worked with many accounting firms in the past but have never seen such poor customer service. We worked with two people, Brett, and Ramon. Brett was actually very good, helpful, and insightful. Ramon had horrible communication, was dishonest, and a poor worker.
