The Burgdorf medical center Been wonderfully upgraded waiting room looks much better doctors on staff or better and customer service. I’ve been wonderful.
It saddens me to have to leave this review about this healthcare center. I was a patient at Burgdorf from an infant, literally my entire life. I am now a parent myself and my daughter has been a patient here since birth, so I have history with this clinic. The services has been declining for some time now. I love Dr. O’Brien to life she was my doctor and currently sees my daughter and I really hate that I have to leave her care. My son is currently having a allergic reaction. Long history of this. Face and lips big and they tell me they dont do walk in the front desk Carol and some MA. They go get the doctor Dr Alerta to tell me they do walk in's but they will not be able to do anything for him. "Bring him to urgent care they will know how to treat it" tf are you working here for you just looked at him no vitals nothing. How do you know if you can't help him.
