Very great doctors and nurses for the pediatric part but the receptionist is very rude doesn’t help very much over the phone like they don’t like their job um updating my review 4yrs later and im experience the same crap not to mention to get my kids records its a hassle and to even get them an appointment is hard cause im always on hold

I call Dr uranda several times for a prescription after three weeks still no prescription and they took my pain medication away and am suffering and that was by another dr

This is the worst pediatric establishment I’ve ever come across. The culture is disorganized, slow, and lazy. Not to mention, the waiting room was absolutely filthy. The children’s play area was full of dirt, gunk, dust, you name it. Everything was broken and looked like it belonged in the garbage. The floors were disgusting too. I find it really unprofessional that when I call during normal business days and business hours you can’t talk to anyone over the phone immediately. If you want to make or reschedule an appointment, you have to leave a voicemail nowadays most doctors offices when you call in you can speak to someone right away but at this location you don’t even get to speak to someone on the phone you only get the option to leave a voicemail how professional.
