Very nice and pleasant. I found my new eye doctor.
RUDE. Rushed out right around closing time NO service when I had an APPT after driving 45 mins there on a work day. NO reception in the office or road. Receptionist was demanding as soon as literally walked in the door made me uncomfortable and like she just wanted to leave and forget me. Called a few times in 2 days, no answer or returned voicemail. Finally day of appt someone picked up the phone.
It was a wonderful experience! I have visited this place with my three children and they all received excellent service and care. We have never faced any communication issues, and if the receptionist is unavailable, she always returns my calls. The eyeglasses were of exceptional quality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place! ♡
