I don’t even know where to begin. The absolute worst property management experience we’ve ever had. No final inspection done. We weren’t even told the tenants moved out. We still haven’t received our security deposit. When meeting with the owner sue we got in a heated argument instead of coming to any conclusion. Would not recommend. Our property was also left a mess.
Maureen is THE BEST! She was truly the best part of my home-buying experience. She is incredibly responsive to calls and texts, communicates every step of the way, and genuinely advocates for her clients. Literally causing me to not call on listings because of the lazy and outright bad AI staging that theyre using. Put some effort into doing your job, not having a computer do it (extraordinarily poorly) for you.
