Experience coaches and good community.
Carrying the CrossFit torch proudly. These guys are a great affiliate with coaching best practices. You will get a coach-led warmup, instruction and scaling, a great sweat, and cooldown.
Clean gym. Great programming (mayhem). Knowledgeable and super approachable coaches. My friends and I joined the gym for 2 weeks while on vacation and I only have good things to say. They also offer classes with no weightlifting and gymnastics (hyrox type) for those interested.
Awesome gym and staff. Worked out here on a vacation, and the coaches made us feel like we were at home. 🤙🏻
I can’t say enough about how wonderful of a facility Sunshine City CrossFit is. The whole coaching staff is attentive to everyone’s individual fitness needs, provide a very welcoming environment, and plain and simple, make fitness fun! Thank you Kyle, Lois, Pete, and Bobby for keeping this 45 y/o body in shape!
