Absolutely one of the best CrossFit gyms I've trained at! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and always focused on proper technique and helping every athlete improve. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and suitable for all fitness levels. The facility is clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the workouts are challenging, fun, and well organized. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great CrossFit community!

Excellent instructor, went over all progressions for barbell movements, did a sufficient but not too long of a warmup, and the gym and bathrooms are impeccably clean! Great gym! I used to own a CrossFit gym and I would highly recommend this gym!
