Clean gym. Great programming (mayhem). Knowledgeable and super approachable coaches. My friends and I joined the gym for 2 weeks while on vacation and I only have good things to say. They also offer classes with no weightlifting and gymnastics (hyrox type) for those interested.
Awesome gym and staff. Worked out here on a vacation, and the coaches made us feel like we were at home. 🤙🏻
I can’t say enough about how wonderful of a facility Sunshine City CrossFit is. The whole coaching staff is attentive to everyone’s individual fitness needs, provide a very welcoming environment, and plain and simple, make fitness fun! Thank you Kyle, Lois, Pete, and Bobby for keeping this 45 y/o body in shape!
Sunshine City CrossFit has the absolute best coaches and an amazing community of people. The energy when you walk through the door is contagious. Being surrounded by like minded people helps me to level up. I love working out with a tribe who is hungry to be better than yesterday. Need encouragement? You will get it! Need tough love? They got it covered. Need help and support? The coaches and members go above and beyond. It is so much more fun to do hard things with the right people!
