Fantastic gym atmosphere. CrossFit can seem overwhelming to walk into , yet this gym makes everyone feel like they are home. The coaches were wonderful, I worked with Nicki , Dustin and Zane, they give clear instructions and the coaches were super helpful with modifying for my passed injuries and gave great advice on healing for the future. There are tons of amenities like a recovery room, cold plunge , sauna and much more . Super cool space for a gym. Big warehouse, has everything you’d ever need. Coaches were great and got us through a very packed class (40 min EMOM) right on time while still making sure we got warm. Great drop in experience!
