My husband and I are elderly (78 and 74) and the people in your service supprised us. WE live in the country and we are a little frightened of strangers but this group came 2 days in advance to let us know they will be working. All the workers were nice, polite and one even came to ask which way would be the best way to get the limbs so to cause no damage. Never had a group so polite .
