Called tonight for my very sick 3 month old puppy. The lady that answered the emergency line was rude from the get go. She talked over me, cut me off and had no compassion. All she kept telling me was how much money I was going to have to pay for an emergency visit. She made it very clear that this was an emergency line only as if I had no business to be calling her. My Sheltie, Sweetie, had surgery for a tumor on her neck today. Sweetie will be 16 years old November 02 (born on my husband & my wedding day)! Thank you so much for saving our baby!
The veterinarians are awesome and so kind. Answering service for after hours is horrible. We called just after 6 because our dog was dying and didn’t realize they had closed. She was very rude then hung up on us. Just make sure you call before they close.
In my oppinion y'all are amazing! Y'all saved my Reese! She had an infected uterus that was making her bleed awful & she was very ill! You guys jumped right on it & got her in for an emergency spading! Then while Dr. Adams had her in surgery she pulled some teeth that were really bad in her & did it free of charge! So thank you for everything! Y'all are amazing!
I took my puppy in for his first round of shots yesterday. They were very good and treated my puppy very well. We will definitely continue using this clinic for his entire life.
