The fella I worked with was prompt, cordial, and professional. The website said to expect two hours for same-day service but I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They had hundreds of copies of the form I needed at-the-ready; they seem fully prepared to handle the influx of requests for the new Real ID requirements. Parking is tough, the lot and streets are full, especially when the Legislature is in session. The spaces in the lot are pretty small, too, so use your camera to back in if you have one.

I needed to get copies of my birth certificate. It seemed like there were additional fees to do anything online, so I decided to go to the office. You can only fill out the paperwork in person, which was a bit of a shame. However, I was expecting to submit my information and return 2 hours later to pick it up, as the website suggested. After reviewing my paperwork the clerk told me she could have it ready in 15 min which was quite a surprise and made my day a lot better. It only took about 20 min total which was great!
