We can't recommend Theresa and BHI enough! We called after getting a quote and a date from a large, well-known CT inspector, with their only availability being the 10th and last day we had to do the inspection. When I called BHI, not only did she offer to come out anytime we needed (2 days later!), but on a Sunday, which was perfect for us and not even an option with other inspectors.
