RecommendedBurdin Mediations is the best group of mediators around. I highly recommend Ken Rubenstein.
The arbitration process was ran like a circus. The other party was given orders to comply with to turn over information during the discovery process none of this was ever produced. They were told multiple times by Ken himself and never would enforce his own order. Clearly Ken did not go by state and federal laws and made up his own throughout the whole process.
