Great place This place is great. They have what you need and they know how to fix, recondition, or clean your vacuum. Other reviewers have complained about the service, but I find this unwarranted. They are courteous and efficient.
Very helpful Very helpful staff. I went into Burdick just look around and they let me try all the sewing machine. I ended up buying a simple machine that fit my budget. Very pleased with my purchase. I was also amazed with all the vacuum parts they have.
Very impressed We needed a replacement cord for our Oreck vacuum, and this place is the only local place that had it. When my husband went to get it, they said they don't usually sell that part, they usually do the repair, but were willing to sell the part. With a military discount. And they attached the proper plug and wires needed at the end of the cord, no charge. Generous and helpful. We're very impressed and recommend Burdick's highly!
Wonderful experience I have been sewing at Burdick's for a year and a half. It all began with sewing lessons and a new sewing machine. It has turned out to be a wonderful experience as many new friends have been made. The environment makes sewing easy (with a good instructor) and fun. Cookie Pering
