Solid, reliable and knowledgeable. Tim has saved us after hours at least 3 times. He is 110% Customer focused. I love supporting a local business. Really impressed with Burdick's. At about midnight on Christmas eve last night, our fire detector started alarming LOUDLY. No fire, and we couldn't figure out how to get it to stop. After stressing for half an hour (but only waking one of our three kids) we managed to reach Tim Burdick, who figured out how to silence it remotely. We are SO GRATEFUL that Burdick's security has been so great do do business with, but especially for saving Christmas. They are simply the best!
