You should.know that your unwillingness to help with a very urgent repair by not allowing us to come for a service appointment at 12:30 instead of noon cost you the sale of a new full sized pick up.
I brought my 2014 Nissan in on 12/14/18 for a noise in the rf wheel and also my Bluetooth for the phone was dropping calls. They replaced the shields on the exhaust for the rf wheel. Problem not solved. I brought it back on 12/19/18 had them go with me for a test drive to hear the noise. The spring in my rf wheel was broken. I drove home (30 min. drive) and there was still a noise in the rf wheel. Brought it to Dunn Tire to find out it was a wheel bearing in the rf wheel that Burdick missed. Bought a used 2013 Sentra about 2 months ago from Burdick Nissan. Jonathon B was great to deal with. Had a minor hiccup at delivery but was taken care of and my wife couldn’t be happier with her new car. When my GM lease is up I will be back here for a Titan XD!
I took a hard hit on my credit report after I said do not run it my husband did also because I told the sales person I did not want the vehicle he seemed to understand me and then gave me the vin to the same vehicle apparently he could not comprehend me but im not thrilled he called back 3 min later and said it was ran anyways -_- I had one bad exp. Thought it was the sales person nope it is all of them I would not recommend this scam hole to anyone unless you want your credit to take a hit on a vehicle you do not want
Consistently the best car dealership experience, for both sales and service. I just bought another new car from them and I don't imagine I will ever not be doing business with Burdick Nissan
