They literally leave your car in pieces.
It was like an experiment in human psychology. I actually went three different times, walked the parking lot and the showroom with no one offering to assist me. It was not until I came back with my husband did anyone approach us to be of service. Apparently working with independent women who knows what they want is not a priority. Not a problem, another dealer in the area was more than willing to assist me with my 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring purchase. Very disappointing!
I am a well-researched and determined customer because I am so busy and don't have time to waste. Ariana Hoke was friendly, respectful, a great listener, a detailed-oriented sales professional, and helped me to achieve EXACTLY what a wanted in a Mazda CX-5 Sport. I bought my 2017 Mazda6 from here and the experience was amazing! Treated well, fast and easy. Entire process only took 2 hours and then I was on the road with my sunroof open! I HIGHLY suggest Burdick Mazda in Driver's Village as the place to make your next vehicle purchase.
Pre-sales promises broken. Courteous but poor customer service when you have a problem under the "bumper-to-bumper" warranty. – Don't believe anything the sales people say, or especially promise, to lull you into a warm and fuzzy feeling. If you have a problem under warranty, they will politely explain to you how you caused the problem and you must pay to have it fixed.
