recently called to have some service done on a company vehicle, ford f250.i needed inspection and rear e brake wasnt working.i also told them it was going to need exhaust manifold. randy said we can do it, so we made an appointment for friday at 9am. so i dropped it off on thursday the 1st. with our company vehicles you have to get an ok if its over a certain amount, randy called a day later and said we got the ok and had to get some parts.that was the last honest answer i got.after afew days i called and the lady said he wi... read more

Trying to buy from Burdick Lincoln is the worst dealer experience I've ever had in my entire life. I dealt with a sales rep named Frank and a manager named David, and I wouldn't recommend either to anybody. My wife and I called in to set up an appointment to see one of the cars they had for sale and we were told to come see it the next day. We just bought a truck from this dealership. All around we had a really great experience. Excellent service, excellent buying experience, really thoughtful salesmen and great attention to detail. My daughters even got a chair ride around the showroom while I was filling out the paperwork :). We'll definitely be back!
