12/11/2023 - I bought a 2024 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Line that was in stock. I worked with Zen LaPointe. He was one of the most efficient salespeople I've ever worked with in a car dealership. When I went to pick it up, he had all the paperwork ready and offered to spend as much time as I needed to go over the new vehicle features. I would highly recommend using him if you're looking for a Kia. Rich
Bought a 2022 Kia Seltos at Burdick Kia. The sale was so seamless and fast. Never once to Franklin make me feel pressured in purchasing a vehicle( which is what I hate the most when buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership over the other Kia dealerships. Ask for Franklin he is the best!
Purchased a “Certified Pre-Owned” Kia Sedona from Burdick Kia at Driver’s Village. Buying experience started out well but quickly went downhill after purchase. The whole process has eliminated any faith I had in the Kia Certified Pre-Owned process and has turned me off to dealing with Burdick again. I didnt know this site was here to make a complaint,I went in for an oil change approx 15 months ago and the following day noticed oil was leaking from my 6 month old car.I crawled underneath and had found that the oil drain plug was never tightened!When I called the service dept they could only say the tech made a mistake and they didnt care about what could of happened and never even called me back,needless to say I never went back and being a chrysler retiree I have told my fellow retirees what has happened and to avoid B... read more
