Was going bring a 2019 ******* ******with less than 40,000 miles for nock sensor code but they said I would have to pay for it because it was not covered under there 10yr 100,000 mile warranty. So I took it to ****** ******* it was fixed under the warranty Burdick said would not cover it.
Brought my Hyundai ****** 2018 in after the engine failed me at the intersection of 48/690. Still under factory warranty so they are supposed to take pictures of the engine and send it in to be approved so I can obtain a loaner vehicle. They refused to assist with helping me obtain a loaner even through the platinum rent a car facility AT drivers village. I called Burdick Hyundai on 08/24/2021 and told them I had ticking noise in my car. I have 2013 ******* *******. They advised me to bring it in so I drove it to the dealer and Bill R******* came out and told me I had a slapping piston. I had received a previous notice from ******* Corporate stating that a short block engine had this problem and that there was a settlement out of court so I asked Bill if this would be covered under that. Do not always believe their commercials never transferred items from my old car. lost everything!!! salesman, only voicemail. sold me a car with a problem but said they would fix it with no problem. i bought the car. i was under MFW but sent me to "expressions" to have my back wiper fixed. Expressions is for car "accessories". took 6 trips, several hours and they ended up taking it to the dealer where they fixed it in 10 minutes! tried to talk to NUMEROUS managers but could NEVER bend an ear. salesman left dealership. talked... read more
