0 stars Hello. I have had problems with Burdick Chevrolet in drivers village in Cicero NY ever since I purchased my vehicle in 2018. It's a 2018 Chevrolet traverse LT AWD. I bought this true because I wanted to feel safe in my vehicle for myself and my children. I have kept up on maintenance all throughout the years. My truck is still in good condition. I called this dealership regarding a ***** ********* *****lease for $289, but had to be a current lessee. They have a recorded conversation between me and someone named Marcuss (whom I noticed is mentioned in other BBB complaints) who assured me I don't need to be a current lessee, but my credit will qualify me for this lease. I also made sure there were qualifying vehicles in stock. I made an appointment for 5pm to meet with his manager Adam. I purchased my Chevy Malibu at Burdick Chevrolot 5885 East Circle Drive in Cicero, NY in October of 2022. Michael Gilchriest, a Burdick Chevrolet salesman, worked with me throughout the purchase process. I liked the way I was treated with my last purchase there two years ago, so I went back to MIchael. I was very pleased with the help he provided to me with this purchase. My car was ready for me in a very timely manner.

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment on Friday, May 27 at 9:00 am. All that was needed was a simple oil change. I intended to wait for my vehicle but was told they were really busy and it might be a couple hours. I expected it would be done by noon, but it was not. When I called, I was told it would be at least two more hours. I finally went in at 2:30 and they were just pulling it in to be serviced. I was floored! Wasn't too happy with my experience here, looked at the vehicle and wasn't for me. They didn't offer to show me anything else and put me in front of a computer to shop for other vehicles which was frustrating. I had an appointment and expect to see others while I was here. They let me walk out. Second time I have had a bad experience with Burdick trying to purchase a car.
