Mike is an incredibly talented craftsman! I asked him if he could tackle a project involving one of my treasured family heirloom pieces ....... and he knocked it out of the park! Mike’s woodworking skill demonstrates his attention to detail, an eye for design and a pride in his craft....... I highly recommend Mike.
If I can give you one piece of advice, it would be to HIRE MIKE! We built a new house in 2018, and from the beginning I knew I would want to add built-in's, however, the builder cost was ridiculous so we decided to wait. Last June my wife and I were looking for a local woodworking business to help us with a minor kitchen remodel. I've used Mike for a few custom projects now, and could not be more pleased with his work - I would highly recommend him for projects large and small. Burdett's Custom Woodworks is where you go if you want a piece / installation that will last. Had him design a custom hall-way shelf/bookcase for me. Yes, it did cost me more than a factory-assembled HomeGoods piece but I've yet to have one person over to my home that has not commented on that shelf. Top-notch quality for a fair price.
