If you are a seller with multiple offers on table, I would recommend NOT taking an offer from Burdette Realty. Burdette Realty will WASTE your time, then not even offer an apology for it. Story I was told is their buyer went ghost on closing date, we were not able to terminate til few days AFTER scheduled closing date.
