Do not use this inspector! His substandard inspection cost us thousands of dollars. This inspector came highly recommended and had many positive reviews. This was not our experience. He didn’t check out our crawl spaces or our roof so if you get the same treatment, just know that your inspection won’t be thorough to start with.
