In the Spring of 1999, the subject was Tea. Sandy and Erin brought a new business to downtown Springfield. They had each considered a hospitality business. After a brief discussion they set their sites on a tea room. It was agreed that the key to success would be good food, well prepared for a reasonable price. After viewing several locations, the owners settled on 618 South Main Street, a site rich in history. As luck would have it, part of that history was as a drugstore lunch counter!
