Dr Nishika has been helping our family for the past few months and we honestly couldn’t speak more highly of her. She is incredibly kind, patient and takes the time to understand each child individually. She genuinely cares about what she does and about the kids she helps. The reception and nursing staff are beautiful as always, always smiling, friendly and helpful with bookings. Such a lovely clinic to deal with.
Average service providers. Front of house very disrespectful of other people’s time.
Absolutely ridiculous, been waiting an hour already for the doctor. Reception very rude and not at all receptive. Not impressed!!
Was happy with My Doctor here but then he left. Now my 4 star is 3 star as I realise now i'm left with average service and office staff that range from indifference to outright rude. Thinking seriously on going elsewhere unless things somehow improve. I will edit this comment over the next while to reflect any changes. Health needs to be taken seriously and I take reviews very seriously too. Thank you.
