Absolutely ridiculous, been waiting an hour already for the doctor. Reception very rude and not at all receptive. Not impressed!!
Was happy with My Doctor here but then he left. Now my 4 star is 3 star as I realise now i'm left with average service and office staff that range from indifference to outright rude. Thinking seriously on going elsewhere unless things somehow improve. I will edit this comment over the next while to reflect any changes. Health needs to be taken seriously and I take reviews very seriously too. Thank you.
Really disappointed. My partner was charged $50 for a two minute phone called and told she was getting a discount? Fully understand nothing's ever free. But hard to see this is good social citizenship by the practice. Especially when the call is a simple yes everything is healthy. First time we have experienced this. Sad to see a money grab from what has been a reputable family practice. We are lucky we can afford this, but there's a lot doing it hard these days. Well done team
