I went in to get my watch strap replaced and Evan was super helpful! He treated me very well and answered all my questions. Will definitely go back in the future!
Had a good experience at Burdeen's today. Evan was very helpful as a Grand Seiko Authorized Dealer representative. He helped me correctly size my GS snowflake and GS cherry blossom watch bracelets, and was knowledgeable about the GS lineup. I was eyeing the UFA in their display case. Maybe next time.
