Both client screening from company and communication between relationship manager/caregiver were poor.
I am so thankful to have found Byrd home health. Being able to have someone I know and am comfortable with, help me around the house and with my health issues has been life changing. mason is very helpful and answers all my questions n concerns im pleased with this company except for the new DCI🤬 clock in app very difficult always wants updates done dislike it
