I hired Burcor a few years back for a job at my old house. They did an excellent job, however I Had them out a couple months ago for a quote at my new house... Was told I’d get it the next day. Never got a call back, never returned my calls, or emails. Guess they didn’t want my business. Went with R&M instead!

I called on 2/17 and spoke with Maranatha Burch who then sent me an email with the repair request form. I sent the form back to the email address listed on the form on 2/20. I sent a follow up reply on 2/25 and then I sent an email to Maranatha on 2/28. So 3 emails with no response.

A few years back we decided to team up with the neighbors and all go in on fencing around our 3 homes. The crew that installed my neighbors fence did a decent job. Mine has been a issue from day one. They did a absolute horrible job. The posts are loose in the ground. They left remnants of my old chain link fence (concrete in the ground was supposed to be removed) the gates do not close well. Front of house communication was absolutely terrible! I would not work with Burcor again. Countless unreturned calls, emails, and messages prior to install. Fence is beautiful and have no complaints of install or quality of the work.

If you want a company that will overcharge you by thousands of dollars, use teenagers/hungover college kids to *attempt* to install a fence for you, and then not stand by their product or their word when it starts to fall down less than 3 months later, then Burcor is the fencing company for you!! If you like spending money wisely, high quality products, and decent human beings not trying to rip you off, then you will need to look elsewhere. Do not waste your money here.

When Burcor installed our fence, they left a gap at the bottom so large that our 82-lb golden retriever could escape under it without digging at all. Repeated calls, emails, etc. for them to repair it, but nothing got done. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. Burcor has not responded to the BBB or to me about my complaint. I do NOT recommend them. I finally had to hire another fence company to come fix the problem Burcor created.

The gentlemen who came to install our fence were very kind and hardworking. Fence was put up super quickly. And is very well built. Good quality materials. Scott Gay, the gentleman who came to give the estimates as well as the contract for the fence, was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Can't beat the price and most importantly, the quality and customer service. Would recommend, highly.
