I’m honestly confused by all the reviews saying the staff is sweet and nice, because that was NOT my experience at all. Whoever answered the phone had a serious attitude problem and sounded like they didn’t even want to be there. Customer service clearly isn’t their thing. Also, they advertise that they accept insurance, but that’s misleading because they don’t accept all insurance plans. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable, kind and caring staff. Dr. Burcham makes going to the dentist something you actually look forward to. Highly recommend!
I haven't posted a review because it was only one tooth and I know mistakes happen. But after my second tooth, that I had filled just 6 ish months back with this business, started chipping and breaking around the filling I felt I had to say something. On top of that, during the second visit, I was stabbed so many times in my cheek that got a MASSIVE infection inside of my mouth and actually had to go to the DR to get antibiotics.
