I am very happy with virtual. Their services are great. Great customer service. The service and come out and explain things to you. And do a wonderful job. I'm very happy with them had them for years.
I have been 100% happy with the service I have received from Burchoil for the past several years. When I need oil they are very prompt. The sale representatives, the technicians and the customer service personnel all have been great. They are professional, very helpful and always friendly. Also, their prices are lower than other oil companies I have used or compared prices.
They will charge you a diagnostic fee but never actually diagnose the problem. Takes weeks to get service… I would not recommend. Techs are not experienced. They will be back 3 or 4 times to fix a issue. If it’s actually fixed.
