From the time I called to schedule an appointment I received very professional, nice and courteous service! My appointment was scheduled within a weeks time. The service technician Tyrone was very professional, kind and courteous!! I explained to him that I was hearing a loud noise from the blower or something that woke up in the middle of the night almost every night! I established new service for my gas fireplace and everything from scheduling to delivery has been top-notch.
We had to get a new furance for our home 3-5 yrs ago. Worker was responsible, knowledgeable, and respectful.
Outside of Mr. Parlett and Tia, this company is terrible. Victoria, Jamie, one other on the propane side are ridiculously rude and tone deaf. I paid $19K to this company and I expected better service than this and greatly regret doing business with this company. I highly advise that you look for another company-- buyer beware. The service is absolutely horrendous.
