I am appalled by Burch Propane’s billing department. I am a combat veteran with PTSD, and the stress of dealing with their shifting excuses months after moving out is shameful. I sold my home and moved out in October 2025. Now, in mid-2026, they are trying to stick me with an unexpected bill. What is absolutely abhorrent is their business practice of refusing to provide a paper trail and only doing calls. Burch Oil has been a very professional company to deal with. They are professional, polite, clean folks that provide my Oil service over the past ten years.
Car wash division needs new leadership! The car washes are horrible.
