Highly disorganized, unethethical,and unhelpful marriage counselor. Starts every session late, no treatment plan, no preparation, office is cluttered in disarray, simply takes your insurance money then schedules 4 weeks later. Ethical counselors do not not conduct marriage counseling and in turn provide private counseling with the spouse which is a conflict of interest. There are professionals in the CSRA area that are properly credentialed, PROFESSIONAL, and trained- choose them.
Second time seeing Dr. Shaw. My wife and I are both professionals who schedule our careers around 3 small children. Dr. Shaw has on 2 occasions been more than 10 min late ( possibly more we left without seeing her) to our scheduled times. If you value your time...consider other options.
