Doug Burch did a good job for us. He communicated quotes, times, and delays as needed so that we were always informed. He was courteous, dependable, and completed the work in a short time.
He got the job done, and wasn't to expensive
Call for estimate due to fire damage. He said nothing can be inspected until power was turn back on. So I call the City he spoke to them ask if could turn back on. Then tried to charge me $200 for a call, and no work. I understand if he would have tested my wiring or replace anything. Never use this service, he obviously not legit with his quotes for him to want to change all of sudden.
Couldn't ask for anyone better! He is responsive, caring and able to find a damaged line, going to the meter that was the problem. He called the City of Shelby, they came out, repaired it, and everything is working great! Other contractors couldn't figure out the problem. Plus, he didn't charge me a thing!
