So pleased with the work that Burch Brothers did. From the detailed and great customer service on the quote, to the instore help and communication, all the way to the outstanding craftsmen installers that did the work. We weren't sure how to handle replacing our old cascading/waterfall carpet staircases without breaking the bank and Burch Brothers helped us come up with a more reasonable and safer solution. Burch Brothers did an amazing job with an office renovation for our practice! Robert was the gentleman that came to measure and give us a quote, very personable, answered lots of questions and even went out of his way to ensure I had a sample while going to pick out paint colors. Once the installers got here, Martin and his crew did fantastic! They were quick, kept the office clean after each day of work, and communicated well throughout the whole process. Burch Brothers Flooring is so professional. They are VERY GOOD at what they do. Karina at the front desk listens well. She let us borrow a book for us to match flooring to our home cabinetry. Sara did an excellent job staining wood trim for under our cabinets. Robert measured every inch precisely in advance. A store member brought us quarter-round in advance, so we could paint it in advance. The 3 store members who laid the new floor down were quick, but relaxed and did not appear to be in a hurry. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Burch Brothers Flooring. We had searched for luxury vinyl plank flooring at numerous other places, but Sarah was hands down the most knowledgeable and was very helpful. She gave me a rough idea of cost just from looking at pictures on Zillow. Geoff came out and measured and the price was a little less than her rough estimate, just as Sarah said it would be.
