Sure, Gina is great and all smiles. But unfortunately after paying State Farm for 25 years without a claim, I recently found out they will not cover one penny of the damages from a recent severe storm because they detected a little pre-existing damage in the wall, due to the original windows I bought with the place had no insulation when installed.
