Had a real life pretty woman moment while in Burberry today. I was really to buy a jacket and the sales lady stalked me like a hawk and treated me like I was going to steal. I have never been so humiliated. Thanks, Burberry. I'll just buy it from Nordstrom. UPDATE: Just left Nordstrom and purchased TWO Burberry jackets. Thanks, Burberry for reminding me why I shop at Nordstrom. Their customer service is second to none. To the blonde woman that followed me, take note. You shouldn't judge people.

Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange. (I live 2 hours from the store) and Oakbrook accuses me of wearing it and trying to exchange. Also tells me there is an “aroma”. Such a nasty condescending experience. Bring it to… See more

I visited today with an issue on a handbag I purchased in Florida. My account was pulled up & due to the "like new" condition of my handbag, a full refund was issued. There was not an issue or question at all. Due to great customer service, we will continue to proud buyers of Burberry. I purchased a new handbag today, which I'm sure to enjoy. It's a beauty.! Thanks so much.
