Came to get my shirt tailored and to purchase two more shirts. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me and was a ghost to the staff. I guess I did not dress the part to get anyone’s attention. It’s a shame that people still judge a book by its cover. Was not expecting this kind of behavior from Burberry staff especially on Rodeo Drive.
Alice was the absolute BEST!!! ��� She helped my MIL get over the guilt of buying something for her (she has no problem buying my SIL or me anything but always has major guilt when it comes to spending on herself).
Shopping experience was great. Great hospitality...
We had an incredible experience at BH Burberry. Our sales guy Chris was awesome, and everything else ambiance, Champagne, cookies. Artist painting us was such a great idea!! Everyone so Professional and Friendly👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
