I lost the belt to my Burberry quilted coat. I visited the Michigan Ave. store in Chicago on 12/29. The women I spoke with told me there were no replacement belts available for my coat. I decided to look around the store hoping to find something that would compliment my coat. While looking I was approached by Johnathan. He asked me to wait while he looked in the back and spoke with the stores tailor about finding me a replacement belt. Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange. Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th.
