Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange. (I live 2 hours from the store) and Oakbrook accuses me of wearing it and trying to exchange. Also tells me there is an “aroma”. Such a nasty condescending experience. RecommendedIt was a great shopping experience. Great Staff since the moment I walk-in. Friendly staff. No rushing. Daniela was very Help full and nice, and a blonde floor associate was very nice too. Never got his name.
Kyle made my experience great! He asked what I was looking for and showed me the right things. The energy in the boutique was great. Sometimes sales rep are very pushy but Kyle was amazing. Left with my awesome handbag! Thanks Kyle!
