$1100+ bags are made in China. I have a bag made in Italy with a tiny seam coming loose between the leather and inside liner. Burberry told me to either take it to Belk for repair or they could send it off, but they wouldn't be able to tell me the cost until it was at the repair facility (probably in China). Their best estimate was over $100. I went to Belk - they're charging me $5 and I can pick it up in 3 days. So much for a luxury brand. Sadly, I think I'm done with Burberry.
