Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange. (I live 2 hours from the store) and Oakbrook accuses me of wearing it and trying to exchange. Also tells me there is an “aroma”. Such a nasty condescending experience.
