Honestly I loved it here. The manager was top tier super nice. The apartment complex so clean so peaceful but most of all the apartment was so beautiful and welcoming
Went here to look at an apartment. Even though I had an appointment, no one was there. No one answered the phone and no one called me back
2/2026 Uodate: our parking security gates no longer work and we're told the vendor says they work fine so it's now up to the tenants to figure out if our clickers are the problem?? I've never seen such incompetence from management. 12/2025 Update: As of Dec, they are now charging a fee for online rent payments for both Credit AND Debit payments. (Credit I've seen, Debit... never.) If LA rent is now at an all time high, after 4 yrs of online payments with no fee, I have to go back to writing checks. --------------------------... read more

Possibly the worst apt I've ever rented, prior to the the previous Manager. Yes, the space is nice, but over the last year, I've had my patio ripped up, the hallway outside my door ripped up, and now the supposed emergency exit hallway ripped up. No compensation for the renters, just disruption and disrepair. I would really question renting here.
