The good reviews for this place are misleading. If you make an appointment, Expect to be there for at least 2.5 hours or more. I don't know what it is they are doing in the back with my dog. After my first appointment at 3pm, we didn't leave the office until well after 7. We weren't seen until after 4 for a 3pm appointment. This is unacceptable. I have an 11am appointment to have the bandages removed and changed for my dog. You would think it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to do that. We sit here watching everyone come an... read more

If you are looking for an amazing vet staff, including the receptionists, this is your new favorite vet! They took such great care of Olive today and I truly appreciate them not only fitting me in for a 4:30 appointment, but squeezing Olive in even earlier because of her allergic reaction! Much better care than Banfield in Glendale who basically refused to see her!!!!!
Going to this vet is a mistake for both yourself and your pet. The vet is very arrogant, rude and disrespectful. Not only does she treat the dog owners in these ways but also the animals. The photos taken from my dogs yearly check up show the “razor burn” and cuts they made to my babies tummy. For the sake of your animals think twice before going to this vet.
I very highly recommend Dr. Pavelina Burpee and her staff at Burbank Animal Hospital! We came to Dr. Burpee by referral of a friend in 2016. Our dog had been injured and was treated at an animal surgical center in Glendale who did a very poor job wrapping her feet with bandages and managing her pain. This is a very efficient veterinarian office. They know their stuff.
Our pup unfortunately had 2 herniated discs in his back, after a consultation with Dr Burpee she laid out our options and allowed our family to choose which direction (which is refreshing since most vets push for surgery and such right away), I'm happy to say that after following out the plan set by Dr Burpee our pup Jasper is recovering and moving about as before 🐶
