I stopped by their cafe this weekend and just had to share! I got their chilaquiles and they were so good! The cashier, Carla, recommended them along with a chai latte, an excellent combo 👌 She seems to know the menu very well and explained several times when I had questions. Very polite. The food comes out fast and hot. The eating area is also kept very clean. Will definitely be coming back ⭐
This is a review of my entire stay: Waited in line 30 minutes to check in. Wait in line for an elevator every time. WiFi signal too weak to get any work done and they only had 1 network. Waited in line a long time for coffee. Facilities were ok but nothing impressive. The rate was good but, otherwise, not a great hotel.
The only thing better than the fish and chips, was the service! Pablo P was warm, welcoming, helpful and FUN! The whole hotel is a gem. $5 happy hour!!! I will be back!
The staff at this bar is friendly and attentive. My carpool stopped at Hotel Burbank on our drive back to LA from Santa Clarita to have drinks and coffee. We had a great time! Lisset stopped by to see if we needed anything. She recommended booking a getaway so we could enjoy the fun atmosphere and entertainment in the evenings. Done! Thanks Lisset!
