I’ve been to the Burbank Breast Center three times. The first visit and today were for Mammograms and the other was for bone density. Every time I walk in I get greeted by smiling faces. Not only are the girls there friendly but are also very accommodating. The waiting time is always short and the nurses inside are friendly and always explain what is about to happen. I would recommend this Mammography Center to everyone.
I was told to arrive by 9:15 for a 9:30 appt. When I arrived and signed in there was no acknowledgement of my arrival by the staff. Then I had to wait until after 10 am to be called. The tech who did my mammogram was wonderful but the front office experience wasn't very good. The waiting room was full and there were no magazines. If my waiting time is common, they should at least provide something to read.
Everyone was very friendly and timing was very efficient. I didn’t have any heavy wait times. Techs were thorough and explained everything very nicely.
It’s was fast and easy to make an appointment, friendly staff, clean place, special, because they work on Saturday, I didn’t have to change my schedule job.
