The old receptionist lady with the crazy makeup and frizzy hair, I asked another receptionist for her name, her name is Jo. She ignored and the other 4 people in like and made we wait like 20 minutes while she talked to her younger coworker about her personal life. I’ve been with Buranda Medical for about 8 years And found them excellent. Short visits are usually bulk billed, but longer and more complex are charged but reasonable. They are very effective following up on the computer with specialists etc and scripts are done quickly. Wait time at the clinic varies from about 1 to 15 minutes. They have a resident nurse for injections, bandaging and the like.
Was given the Covid vaccine without my consent or knowledge when I had a blood test and was injected into my arm right before the blood was taken, lucky for me I had ivermectin on hand for just a time as this and was able to counteract the shot. Cheers
The owner of this practice has absolutely no idea how to approach potential clients. Extremely difficult to deal with and rude! She snapped when I asked about Bulk Billing which is featured on the website… When I mentioned that to her she said: “The only Doctor who had Bulk Billed patients left a week ago! “You won’t find a doctor anywhere who Bulk Bills!” “It’s $80 for an appointment…” As it was - I was happy to pay for an appointment but definitely not with putting up with her unprofessional behaviour and attitude… Later t... read more
