The reception was so friendly and helpful to provide resources and help with parking etc. she explained well with what to expect and went the extra mile to help. The process was quick once the first test started, took about 30mins for all my test. Made my day with amazing warm customer service!
super expensive and far, as someone who had to travel from a regional area. however, i had a mostly good experience - from getting my locker tag to getting out only took 40 minutes for me rather than the expected 2 hours. receptionist called lexi and the girl handing out locker tags were very sweet and bubbly, kudos to them as they were awesome to chat to. the lady doing my blood test must have done something weird because i have a massive bruise there which is not normal for me but whatever. the doctor who did the last exam... read more
