Today, a doctor named Lana refused to examine me simply because of a minor disagreement during our communication and decided on the spot to switch me to another female doctor. The female doctor in Room 14 initially showed no eye contact and had a cold attitude. Came here for a medical examination as part of a visa requirement. The whole process was easy, efficient and ran smoothly. I wanted to write a review to express how lovely the staff were. Every room I entered I felt immediately comfortable and each clinician was just exceptional. Fantastic care :)
came here with family for their visa medical check and the whole process was super clear and professional. It was much more organised and smooth compared to the previous center I went to a few years ago. Really happy with the experience.
GIVE ANITA A RAISE!! Such a sweet and bubbly lady who served me at the counter, incredible customer service! Also the medical staff taking my exams were quick and efficient, but definitely seemed a little tired so I hope Bupa gives them better worker benefits!!
