Good customer service. Approx 15 mins wait time and another 60 mins for the check. Plenty of street parking in Ann st available on weekends. $10 for 3 hrs.Located on the East Tower. Very clear signs on the door. Cant be missed. Translator readily available for sitting with the doctor.
The staff was nice and friendly. If you're driving there, use the car park under the building. 26$ per exit. I went on a rainy Friday and there were plenty of spots. I added some photos to help you find parking and the office.
