Staff were so so friendly. Work was very efficient. But staff really made my visit. I was looked after by an all female team this afternoon who were so gentle and welcoming, Im not a nervous patient but Im sure anyone who is will quickly have their nerves eased by the lovely team. Thank you ladies!
One of the staff member so rude to patients around at 12ish on 18th Oct she was giving locker tags.. I don’t remember her name she was blonde, she should get trained how to talk kindly and professional in workplace. Beside reception staff and nurses were helpful and friendly.
The service here is very good. The downside of this place is the parking. I don't know which building I parked in front of. I don't know which building is the service building. You can see that 10 people came and 8 of them were looking for the entrance. The email should have a clear map, such as where to park.Let's make it neat so it doesn't take half an hour to get busy.As for the service, it was very good.
