I went for a medical this Tuesday and turns out i booked the wrong date and it was the last day for my medical.As I explained this situation, Lexi was soo very helpful and just amazing the way she sorted out the situation for me which otherwise would have created a few problems for me . Monopoly in the medical visa field, they just dont care. Im from regional area and have to spend all day travel here for the tests, missed work and wasted time traveling. They charged overpriced service and somehow messed up my blood work so i have to come back again without any compensation. Not even an acknowledgement email when i ask what happened.
All the process was neat and easy, the staff will guide you the step by step process. ***and for the first timers, the medical centre is right opposite to the Saint cathedral *** in the East tower next to Linhs Coffee Co. Thanks legends
We came as a family (my wife, son, and I) for medical examinations. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After my wife finished her check-up, the staff asked her to leave the area. When I later asked if she was done—because my doctor also needed to speak with her—the same staff member did not inform me that she had already finished. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Clearer communication and consideration for patients would have made the process much smoother.
The reception staff at the front were very kind to me. I explained that I have trypanophobia, which makes me extremely anxious when getting a needle, and I asked if my partner could come with me into the blood test room. Both the front reception and the staff inside, where we waited for our number to be called, told me yes — that my partner would be able to come with me.
